Fagiani Building, Napa

Following our acquisition of the Fagiani Building that had been shuttered for nearly four decades, we designed and constructed a challenging and significant commercial venture. We added a third floor, elevator, and a rooftop patio, to make this Napa’s first rooftop dining experience. We also implemented a full seismic retrofit of this historic building.
