Noble House Construction and Development is a local Napa Valley building and development company owned and operated by Steve and Johanna Hasty, which specializes in land development and estate development.  Over 25 years of experience has been the key to getting projects approved from concept, through design, build out and final acceptance.

Our company has developed and designed properties in Napa County and Sonoma County, as well as the City of Napa and the City of Saint Helena.  Some projects have required annexation of properties into the cities through LAFCO and utility districts.  We have worked closely with government agencies to obtain approval of use permits, Planned Unit Developments (PUD), variances and mixed-use projects.

We are proud to be members of the Napa Valley community and have enjoyed working here and contributing to local causes.  Johanna grew up in the neighboring county and Steve grew up here in Napa. We raised our family here and we look forward to many more years of Napa Valley living.
